Booking Fee*
Booking fee is due at the time of booking. For some reason it's not paid at the time a $15 fee will be applied each week that its not paid. After 3 weeks of non payment or any communication the session will be canceled.
Payment*
Last payment is due at the time of session. A $50 late fee if it's not paid on time.
$25 for any return checks.
Traveling Fees*
10 miles apart is covered anything over the 10 miles is a $1 per mile convenience fee.
Props*
Client is responsible for purchasing any and all props for the shoot. If the photographer has any on hand and available it will be brought to shoot. If the photographer has to purchase any for your themed shoot additional charges will be added and will need to be paid at the time of the session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling*
Booking fee is non refundable. If for any reason the client cancels before the session date, the booking fee will go towards another session. However, if you're needing to change the date, I will do my best to accommodate the changes and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available to me. If I an not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled with cancellation fees (booking fee). I do require a 36 hour notice to be able to fill the spot. I only allow 3 reschedules. After the third reschedule, the booking fee will be non refundable and won't be able to reschedule any other session with me.
Themed Party's booking fee is non refundable!
*Turn around time is 3-4 weeks. Rush editing is $75, due upon request.
*In person delivery for CD's & Prints. Mailing fee is $10 and up.
*Unedited photos are not included and not available for purchase.
***All photos are property of Larios Photography, and may be used for portfolios and/or for promotional products. If you do not wish to have your images in the photographer's portfolios, you may purchase the right with and additional price.
