Non Refundable Retainer (Booking Fee):
*All Packages (sessions) have a non refundable retainer at the time of booking and holding the date of your session and serves as a cancellation fee. For some reason it's not paid at the time of booking a $15 late fee will be applied each week that isn't paid. After 3 weeks of non payment of any communication the session will be canceled.
Payment:
* The last payment needs to be paid 14 days before the event (no exceptions). A $50 late fee per day will be applied after the 14 days. Photos will be deliver once balance paid in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
* If for any reason the client cancels before the event date, the photographer (Bee Larios) will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, by mail or email. However, if the client requires to change the date, I will do my best to accommodate the changes and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within six months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled with cancellation fees.
*The turn around time is 4-6 weeks. Rush editing fee is $75. due upon request.
*In person delivery for CD and Prints.
Mailing fee is $10 & up.
*Unedited photos are not included and not available for purchase.
