Booking A Session
*Location is key* Before you book and a appointment please let me know what location you would like for your session. Without a location I won't be able to book a appt. It is okay to reach out to me for suggestions, appt will still be made after location is picked.
Booking Fee:
*All Packages have a non refundable Booking Fee that is taken off the session fee. For some reason it's not paid at the time of booking a $15 late fee will be applied each week that it's not paid. After 3 weeks of non payment or any communication the session will be canceled.
Payments:
*Last payment is due at the time of the session. A $50 late fee if it's not paid on time or not paid in full.
*$25 for any returned checks*
Printing Services~Payment...
* If you order any kind of prints total fee is due at the time you place your order. Please be mindful, I have a lot clients ordering $100-$200 worth of prints and expect to not pay until they receive it. ** Payment is always due at the time of ordering** I will Place order once I receive payment.
Traveling Fees:
*10 Miles apart from sessions is covered, anything after the 10 miles is $1 per mile.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
* Booking fee is non refundable. If for any reason the client cancels before the session date, the booking fee will go towards another session. However, if you're needing to change the date, I will do my best to accommodate the changes and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available to me. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled with cancellation fees (booking fee). I do require a 72 hour notice to be able to fill the spot. I only allow 3 reschedules, after the third reschedule, the booking fee will be non refundable and won't be able to reschedule any other session with me.
*Due to COVID** I understand the need to cancel with you are sick. Booking fee will be added for next appt.
Confirming Appt:
*My scheduling website will send a message a day or two before schedule appointment. Client is responsible to communicate and confirm session a day before. If I don't hear anything from Client by 10pm the day before, session will be cancelled and will keep booking fee.
No Shows:
*If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee. If you, for some reason didn't pay the booking fee a 50% of the session needs to be paid before booking another session. I will only allow one no call no show. Before we reschedule for the second session, full non refundable payment will be due at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore I will only tolerate one no call no show.
Tardiness:
*Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running Late, please call me. I respect every single clients time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine. If you have a 60 min session scheduled and you are 20 min late, you will then have a 40 min session. If you are more then 20 min late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and will have the right to cancel the session. I of course understand any unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents, etc. If I am late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will no be affected.
Photo Rights:
*All photos are property of Larios Photography, and may be used in Portfolios and/or for promotional products. If you do not wish to have your photos included in the photographers portfolios, you may purchase the rights to the images for an additional price.
Altering or editing your own photos isn't allowed nor giving it to another photographer to edit them for you.
Editing Time:
* Editing photos takes about 3-4 weeks, therefore you will get all photos between 5-6 weeks. It may take longer if I have more sessions to catch up on, but I will always try to communicate with you.
* Rush editing is $175 additional from the session fee, with a delivery time of 2 weeks or less, depending on how many photos in your gallery.
Backdrops:
*Photographer will provide backdrops. If you would like a specific backdrop and photographer doesn't have it, please let me know 6 weeks in advance. All sessions that require backdrops will be schedule at my house.
Photoshop:
*I do minimal edit on photos. I don't change backdrops. I don't do major edits to my photos.
I will not edit other photographers work. My Photos are not to be edited or photoshop by you or any other photographer!
Phone Photos:
* I don't edit any phone photos. I can print phone photos but can't guarantee the sharpness of the photo. Some photos have very low resolution and can't print 8x10 (won't know till I put in as a lab order).
* I also ask if you please do not take any photos while at our session. I understand you are excited to share photos of the session but while you are getting the shot that I just got we could move on to another beautiful pose.
Photo Deliveries:
* All my Packages have prints, therefore I will private message my clients to let them know prints have arrived. I can deliver or clients can pick up. If I deliver to your town, its more likely I have another session or other prints to deliver. Please communicate with me if you are running late or can't make that time it was agreed upon. I would hate to show up late for another session. $10 shipping fee.
Prints:
*All paying clients will receive a link to their own gallery. Each photo has a "photo number" on the right side of the photo. I will send you a copy of what print package you picked so you know what sizes you get. I would need a list of #photo and the size by it. If this still doesn't make sense please let me know and I will give you an example. Please, please don't send screenshots of the photos you want.
I order prints Friday mornings. If you can have your print order ready by Thursday. If it's not given by Thursday order will wait till the following order date. I would appreciate if you can pick your prints within two weeks. It take another week to two weeks to receive the prints.
Events:
Anytime I take photos for an event and I took a photo of guest. I can't just release those prints or digital photo to you. There is steps that I as a photographer need to take prior:
1) I will approve it with the paying client.
2)You will only get your image, NOT the gallery.
3) You will receive them after I provide my full service to my paying client.
4)You will get a screenshot, NOT full resolution.
5) You can purchase a CD or Prints with your photos only.
